We are experts in the classical and central fields of general economic law. This includes the national and international distribution law, co-operations and joint ventures, industrial property protection, as well as the law dealing with purchase contracts, warranties, and product liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Naturally we draft any kind of agreement, e.g. authorized dealership and commercial agency agreements or franchise agreements, co-operation and joint venture agreements, including the aspects of cartel law involved therein. Apart from that, we also draft and examine all other agreements and contractual provisions of importance in business, e.g. general purchasing and sales conditions, supply agreements and order forms, development and confidentiality agreements as well as leasing and software agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In cases involving commercial property protection, we file national and international applications for our clients for the registration of marks and utility models, advise on the contents of licensing and transfer agreements and assist you in disputes about marks and competition
