This more specifically includes financial\/tax due diligence, special company and conversion audits, the examination of group transfer prices and allocations as well as the review of risk management systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, we work as consultants, neutral experts or court-appointed experts in the field of company valuation.
