Individual- and collective labour law<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beatrix Lippert advises and accompanies companies as well as managing directors and CEOs on all aspects of individual and collective labour law. The individual design of employment contracts and contracts for managing directors is a main focus of her work. Another focal point is the transnational assignment of executive employees and the customized designing of contracts for these cases, as well as all labour law matters with foreign elements, also with regard to temporary-employment relations and contracts for work and labour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another important focus of her work lies on the optimal design of the termination of contracts for employees and managing directors by way of dismissal or termination agreement. Finally, Beatrix Lippert also takes care of the enforcement of claims in all areas of labour law in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In collective labour law, Beatrix Lippert advises and accompanies companies in their negotiations with the works counsel, especially with regard to operational structuring, like the design of consolation of interest and social plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beatrix Lippert is giving lectures about various issues of labour law for different organizers of seminars on a regular basis, and is offering legal workshops and trainings concerning all types of labour law aspects for her clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
