Mr. Sali primarily advises on German and Italian business law (employment law and commercial law). His clients include internationally active corporations, sole proprietors, and high-net-worth individuals.
As a certified specialist lawyer in international business law, admitted to the bar in both Germany (Munich Bar Association) and Italy (Bar Association of Pavia), he mainly deals with cross-border matters and also supports his clients as a reliable advisor in international litigation proceedings.
Over the years, Attorney Sali has developed a particular passion for international employment and social security law: in addition to drafting and negotiating bilingual employment contracts and group-related bonus agreements, he represents his clients in status determination proceedings and in unfair dismissal cases.
In addition, Attorney Sali regularly advises on matters of commercial agency law/authorized dealer law, as well as corporate law, commercial tenancy law, and the acquisition of real estate in Italy (purchase and inheritance).
