Main practice:

Lukas Cronauer advises companies, their governing bodies and shareholders on matters of civil and commercial law. A key focus of his practice lies in drafting contracts and providing advice on corporate law issues. He also practises in the field of tenancy and property law. He provides advice at both national and international levels.

In all these areas, Lukas Cronauer also represents clients’ interests in court.

Professional Career:

• Studied History and Political Science (BA) in Konstanz
• Studied Law in Regensburg and Munich
• Lukas Cronauer has been practising as a solicitor at the law firm Weiss Walter Fischer-Zernin since 2025
