Dr. Wulff has for many years advised mostly medium-sized clients at the national and international level, in particular on the sale, acquisition and merger of undertakings, but also on terminating and breaking up such structures. Dr. Wulff has many years of experience in structuring groups of companies, also in connection with measures regarding the capitalization of undertakings and actions to raise outside capital. Dr. Wulff also acts as a litigator for clients in disputes about such measures, with a further focus on advice in the area of the rights and obligations as well as the liability of board members and managing directors.
